Have you ever found yourself telling a friend: I could serve tables in a coffee shop or sweep the floors, if I had to!, being perfectly aware that your value as an individual does not necessary resides in what you do for a living in a certain moment in life? Knowing that who you are won’t suffer? Knowing that you won’t see yourself as being less of an entire, full, person? I hope you have. I hope you have had that feeling, that certainty that you are far more than your mere and immediate circumstances. That who you are as a person is defined by your inner beliefs and by the values you guide your life after.
Fear should not hold us back from taking our chances. There are infinite possibilities out there, and there’s great joy in recreating yourself. If you’d only give yourself the time. You can be anything and anyone you want in this life; but most importantly, you can be(come) who you are.
