Why do we have to wait for the moment someone dear leaves us, to set free our thoughts, our feelings and our hugs? Or at least the most true of them … they were there all the time, weren’t they?
If you think the time your best friend goes out the door to go to work in the morning, would be the last time you see him or her for months, you’d take the time for a hug; a real, strong hug. If you think the time you call your mom to see how she’s doing (’cause you haven’t called back home since weeks), it’s actually the last time you’re talking to her, there are high changes you’d tell her you love her. If you think the time your lover does something stupid that pisses you off (again), it’s the last time you get to be anoyed, you’d most probaly smile.
Don’t wait for last moments to live. Don’t settle for every now and then to tell people in your lives what they mean to you; do it when you feel it, whilst you have them there with you. You’ll make them happy. And you’d have overcomed fear.
I believe in ’till I see you again’s. Yet, I keep saying ‘good beys’ these days … but at least I’ve sensed life is here and now.
